Terms of Service

Welcome to Island Time Acadia, operated by Island Time Adventures, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a tour, rental, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Safety and Liability

Participants must sign a liability waiver before riding. All riders must wear helmets provided by Island Time Acadia. E-bikes are restricted to designated carriage roads within Acadia National Park. Riders must be at least 16 years old and able to safely operate a bicycle.

Equipment

Riders are responsible for the e-bike and equipment during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair charges. Lost or stolen equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
